I wish to apply for the post of a clerk in the local M.C. office. And for that, I need a character certificate
duly signed by you. Sir, I was a student of your school from 20 to 20___   I passed the Secondary School Examination held by the H.P. Board of School Education in April, 20__ . I was placed in the first division. I took a keen interest in games also. I was a member of the Hockey Eleven. 

I never gave my teacher any cause of complaint concerning my behaviour. I hope you will issue me a
very good certificate of character and behaviour.
