1. इस का उपयोग कांच, साबुन और कागज उद्योगों में होता है।
2. जल की स्थाई कठोरता को दूर करने के लिए इस का उपयोग होता है।

(ख) बेकिंग सोडा ( NaHCO3 )

1. इस का प्रयोग सोडा-अम्ल अग्निशामक में किया जाता है।
2. यह ऐंटैसिड का एंक संघटक है जो पेट के अम्ल की अधिकता को उदासीन करके राहत पहुंचाता है।

1. It is used in the glass, soap and paper industries.
2. It is used to remove permanent hardness of water.

(b) Baking soda ( NaHCO3 )

1. It is used in soda-acid fire extinguishers.
2. It is an ace ingredient of antacids which provides relief by neutralizing excess stomach acid.
